For the Love of Bread
We're celebrating our 15th year of baking and want to thank you for making it possible.

Since we opened fifteen years ago, we've used a lot of quality, natural ingredients. Millions of pounds of whole grain flour, pure honey, whole grain oats, walnuts, and raisins. Whew! No wonder we're tired, but it's a good feeling because of the reaction we've had from you, our customer.

Our Secret Ingredient
One of the reasons our products taste great is our freshly milled whole wheat flour. It's grown in an area of Northern Montana known as the Golden Triangle. The wheat produced there is famous around the world for being the finest bread baking wheat obtainable.

We buy wheat berries (the actual seed clustered on the stalk) direct from a farmer in the Golden Triangle. The berry is basically an edible power package. Around 19% of the berry is protein,

and the rest is nutritionally valuable complex carbohydrates. We then stone grind the wheat berries which provides a fresh, nutritious and great tasting bread.

The Low Carb Myth
There’s been a lot of hype the last few years about low-carb diets. But realistically, everyone knows there’s no magic pill for losing weight, it’s really just eating right and exercising.
