In 1994, we opened Big Sky Bread because we
had a passion for whole grain breads. And because the only breads available
were spongy,
tasteless, and loaded with ingredients you couldn't pronounce.
At Big Sky, we make bread the old-fashioned way. The way it used
to be made. The way it's supposed to be made. We use only the very
best, all natural ingredients and never cut any corners. Everything's
just pure and simple.
Our Secret Ingredient.
The most important ingredient in good bread is the flour. We stone
grind our whole wheat flour in the bakery every morning from rich,
whole grain, Montana wheat.
